SHIPPING

Currently, we ship only within Switzerland and to certain European countries via SwissPost. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and added to the total.

The countries we ship to are: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

SALES TAX & CUSTOMS DUTIES

Sales taxes and customs duties may be charged on international shipments. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DELAYS 

We will pack your order with great care, but should you notice any damage to the contents on delivery please inform us immediately, and at the latest within 2 days. Please email us before returning anything so that we can give you instructions. 

 

Please note that LaPaletta does not take any responsibility for items damaged during transportation. In the case of delays caused by SwissPost, LaPaletta cannot be held responsible.

RETURNS

Damaged goods may be exchanged or refunded only within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days we can't offer a refund or exchange. 

Goods that you wish to return must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them and in the original packaging. Returns must also be accompanied by proof of purchase. Items will only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.

Custom engraved goods, paper smaller than full sheet size and items sold at less than normal retail price (sale items) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

REFUNDS
Once we have received and checked returned goods, we will send an email to confirm receipt and to advise whether we approve or deny a refund.  If approved, we will arrange to credit your original means of payment within 10 working days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, but in the event that a statement cycle has elapsed without your refund appearing please email us again.

GIFTS
If you received a damaged item as a gift shipped directly to you, we will mail a LaPaletta gift voucher equal to the usual price for the item once you have returned it to us with the name, address and email address of the gift giver.

SHIPPING RETURNS
Please wait for en email from us with the return address before shipping. The cost to ship returning items is the responsibility of the person making the return, and will not be refunded.
